The fact that it is close to the forest. The man at the reception helped me book a taxi for very early next day.
The bed was making a lot of noise when moving, and it was positioned on a common wall with the bathroom and I could hear all other people from the floors below and upstairs flushing. There is another hotel very close by and a restaurant and there were a lot of people hanging there, making lots of noise. If you leave the window open a little, it can get really noisy from the main road. No air conditioning in the room.

Superb location and friendly staff! Checked in without issues and book a private transfer to airport in the middle of night! The mountain is very close and a gateway to different trails with picturesque views. Definitely recommend the hotel! Thank you!

What did I like? The short answer is EVERYTHING!
You wouldn't believe how friendly the staff is. Krasimir (the owner) is willing to walk you through and answer any questions that you might have. The rooms are cozy and very, very clean. The rooms are cleaned daily with exceptional attention to detail. The place is also exceptionally quiet. In fact, it's so quiet that in the morning you feel truly rejuvenated.

I can't wait to visit Hotel Villa Boyana on my next trip to Bulgaria.

Good location. Spacious rooms.
Did not have an air conditioning, which was a big issue as the weather was very hot. Was not able to get good sleep as a result. The floor in the room was not very clean and also there was hair in the bathroom cubicle on arrival.
Other than that the staff was friendly and helpful.
