Nice and calm stay in koh phangan.

We did like the bed and the staffs servicemindness.

The swimming pool was extremely dirty. It's not a resort, it's a B&B or 1 star hotel.

Really disapointing

The views were good. Location ok, 10 mins to either Haad Rin or Thong Sala. Pool area was nice.

Rooms desperately need modernising, furniture was old and beds not very comfy. Shower was in a bath which was stained/looked dirty, and the electric shower didn’t work so we had cold showers. They tried to fix it but it didn’t work. If the room was cheap, I wouldn’t mind the fact it was a bit dated - but as it was New Year’s Eve, they cranked the prices up and we paid around $250 a night for this when on normal dates it’s more like $30 a night. I guess all places put up prices during peak periods but I felt like we paid way over the odds, and didn’t even have hot water to shower which was really disappointing. The worst part was that the room lock is just a padlock. When you’re in the room you have to padlock yourself in, and then put the key in the key slot to turn the power on. Didn’t feel very safe or secure, especially if there was a fire and you needed to get out quickly. The owners really need to invest a bit of money and fix some of the issues if they want more guests. I would not stay here again and would not recommend.

great bungalow, bad staff

exellent location and comfortable bungalow

the staff didnt seem to care we were there. they didnt clean the room once. did not reffil our toilet paper or shower gel so we had to go get it ourselfs. even then they didnt want to give it to us only one role at a time. the scooter they rented us was in bad condition with leaking brake fluid.

Clean but not the best location

Nice big beds. Room was a good size and clean.

not the best location if you are going for the full moon party. You’ll need to get a taxi which the hotel provided for 100 baht per person (which was cheaper than any other taxi). The lock on the door was just a big old padlock which doubt provided much safety. The staff at reception did offer to hold passports and other valuables for you.

Good place for a quiet retirement

Beautiful resort and staff were nice, providing everything you needed

very hard pillows and the beach is rubbish if you are looking for a beach holiday

A resort that actually looks and feels like one.

I stayed in the beach facing room, it was well worth it! The views are amazing, I had my own private balcony and bungalow. The staff are very kind and their cat Lisa is adorable. Their restaurant was so affordable and offered every western breakfast option, as well as beautiful Thai dishes.

It was too far to walk to either main shopping/restaurant hubs so you have to catch a taxi-truck everywhere.

it was faraway from everywhere, everything. no any market also around. closest one is about 2 km away.
