The room was spacious. It had everything that we needed. The shower was great and the bed was very comfortable. The air-conditioning wasn't the best but a fan was provided which was lovely.
A range of good priced food and drink available on site. Breakfast was included, although the choices were limited. The location was good 10-15 minutes stroll to good beach bars. The pool was warm and had great views. Pool towels were provided. Staff were very friendly and helpful. A good place to relax and unwind. We would definitely go back.
The room could have more sockets near the bed and on the side near the kettle. The bathroom could have done with a paint refresh, but they did appear to be redecorating some rooms, so possibly this was on the list to do. The sides and kettle lead needed better cleaning, but overall, it was a great place to stay.

Fair price for what you get, definitely worth going for the beach bungalow. Close to Haad Rin and a 7 eleven across the road. People on main reception very friendly.
Could do with some improvements, it looks a bit run down. Staff in restaurant and breakfast not very engaging and constantly on their phones ignoring guest.

Great location only a 15 minute walk from the main town and beach and there were great facilities available including a bar, pool table, pool and pool loungers. Hotel was also right by the beach.
Disappointed with our laundry, hotel offered to send our laundry off and it came back with pieces of clothing missing and a lot of my clothes not washed with clear dirt marks still on them. Disappointed with our room bathroom also as there was an awful smell coming from it which we explained to the staff, they were helpful and tried to solve the issue which we appreciated.
