Excellent location with food vendors right outside with REAL island food,beautiful beach,very cold AC unit in room,strong water pressure, very clean pool,very helpful and courteous security guard, courteous housekeeping staff and evening bar concierge...gotta kick outta the check-in clerk, he was almost like a robot and VERY professional 😂
Morning concierge was cool but not as friendly evening concierge...we missed breakfast by 7 minutes and she still charged me for coffee I also noticed how they catered more to white clientele than black, keeping their tables clean and constantly checking on them...didn't know you had to ask for an iron at the front desk, no hair dryer, no mini fridge ( but you can rent one) no water or ice on the premises except at the bar.

The location
The receptionist could have been friendlier who welcome us there. However, the security guards and the cleaning staff were very helpful and friendly.

It was suitable for me and my family, conveniently located, close to amenities and access to the beach was great except for during the night the beach access is closed off.
Food was good.
The room itself needs a bit of updating, the bathroom, AC condensing located directly at the entrance (noise and annoying during the night).
Beach access close off after 10pm.

Staff were super friendly
The rooms were somewhat outdated and could use some improvements. It wasn't my first choice for vacationing. I needed more budget-friendly accommodations for my vacationing grandchildren who live on the island. Additionally, the meal options should offer more local dishes, as the prices were a bit high.
