We were met when we arrived and given the keys and shown where everything was. The location was good. Within easy reach of the town although as everyone has said there are a lot of steps, but manageable if reasonably fit. We loved sitting out on the balcony and it was never directly in the sun, which was great as it was very hot while we were there.
The area immediately below the balcony was disappointing with a lot of rubble and building materials belonging it seemed to the house in front and there was work being done to that house while we were there, but fortunately it didn't last too long.

Spacious apartment, great location, and friendly host. We loved Korčula, and apartment Peco was a fantastic base for the old town, beach, ferry etc.

El apartamento necesita mantenimiento, puerta principal que no abre del todo, azulejos rotos, ventanas que no cierran bien. Decoración y muebles muy antiguos.
