The setting, amazing views, the calm, the service, the personnel!!!!! The spa and jacuzzi, the food in the restaurant and the breakfast.
Happy end. We had some issue in the room with smell from recent renovation but then could change the room. Very service oriented.

We have stayed in this property many times over the past 4 years - it is a firm favourite. This time was disappointing. We still love the garden setting, restaurant and comfortable rooms, but....
The hotel needs renovating. The bathrooms are very tired with leaking taps and mould. The new digital entry system is enfuriating, and the staff are cranky. The noise from the corridor at night can be instrusive (please carpet it and sound-proof the doors, plus "shhh" signs to other guests might help).

The location and the restaurant are amazing.
The rooms are nice considering that it is a very remote place.
The park around the hotel is beautiful and the views amazing.
The Hotel sells itself as Hotel & Spa. We decided to go there because my wife and I wanted to relax. However on our arrival they told us that the Spa was under reformation.
When we booked, they didn't say anything about that, and obviously there was no discount,.even though we pay for what should have been a Hotel and a Spa.
Also, the mattress are incredibly firm. I had problem sleeping through the night.
