The staff were pleasant and were anxious to ensure my stay went well. I was very happy when I was able to change my room due to noise. The shower was good and I liked having the fridge in the room. The hotel is about 10 minutes walk from city centre but there is a supermarket a couple of doors down to get drinks etc. As a female solo traveller I felt safe walking at night.
I found the WiFi dropped a lot.
This is a suggestion more than something I didn't like. It would be good to have a folder or some information either in the room or reception with things to do and see in Tirana along with how to get there e.g. to get to bunkart1 you need to take bus L11 but it's not clear where to catch it. Tirana is an up and coming tourist destination so doesn't appear to have a tourist office and there is limited information on the internet.

The staff here was great, incredibly friendly and helpful. Room was adequate, but the layout was a bit odd. Beds were comfortable, and the shower was AWESOME.
Street noise was a bit much.

The hotel was located in a spot that allowed us to get around easily. The rooms were small but clean, and everything was tidy. Parking is available. While it might not be ideal for long-term stays, it’s a great choice for day trips or just a place to sleep
