Everything about the property is excellent. Mr Giwrgos, the owner, is the friendliest, most helpful and acommodating host one can ask for. The rooms are beautiful, clean and quiet. The location is perfect, only a few seconds walk from the amazing Karvouno beach and a few minutes walk from the center of the village. We will definitely be visiting them again the upcoming years with more family and friends, as we have already done for several years now.

Nice location, very convenient, 10min walk to the center, 2min to the nearest beach, 10min to Bela Vraka.
Very comfy beds, everything was working perfect. Nice outside patio on the back, overlooking the bay down below. It was a real pity we had no chance to use it, being that it was horribly hot during our stay.
Very nice hosts, always available for any questions.
One single thing: the shower curtain , these things drivr me crazy!

Location of the property is great! Beautiful beach is 100m away and other local beach is less then 10min walk. You are just where you would want to be in Syvota.
Our studio had beautiful terrace and parking right next to it. Studio itself was clean and pretty cute.

Everything was very good, both the location and the environment, you could go down to the beach without needing a car but I would suggest a paddle so you can enjoy every corner of the islands.
The washing machine was not inside, it was at the reception and with a schedule of 9:00-15:30 I think, for me it was a bit of a problem because we got up very late and when we came back it was the same thing. For others it might be okay but this is my opinion, it would be better if it was inside the room.
