La atención del personal excelente! Muy atentas en todos momento! Desde antes de llegar al alojamiento! nos dieron todas las indicaciones y opciones de transporte para poder llegar sin inconveniente! Nos cuesta el idioma, pero ellas hablaron claras y pausadas para que podamos entender! El desayuno increíble! Las instalasciones de diez! Nos recibieron con un vino y agua de cortesía! Junto con unas galletitas y membrillos riquísimos 🥰. No dieron varios lugares para salir a comer y la opción de delivery a la habitación, que nos vino genial después de un día de viaje! Todo excelente! Súper recomendable! Sin duda volveríamos a hospedarme en el Hotel Birbal!

Çalışanlar çok samimi ve yardımseverdi. Otel temizdi. Otopark olması harikaydı.
Odalar biraz küçüktü ama idare ederdi.

The room was big, clean and equipped. There was also a nice cake that they put on your desk :)
When i arrived there was no one that could talk with me in english, and just after a while i got to talk with someone on the telephone.
The water in the shower has spilled on the floor because the curtain was too short. The water also didn’t get drained so fast by themself. At least there should have been a wiper in the room for wipe the water. There was also a problem in the toilet.
the most problematic thing in my experice in the hotel is that you need to walk 10-15 minutes in the road where the cars goes in order to get to agia anna port/beach. The is no sidewalk at all and the sides of the road are very narrow and you need to hope that a car won’t crash you. Sometimes you must walk inside the road. It was really dangerous and scary for me.
You must have a car or use a taxi. Maybe there is a sideway that I didn’t discoverd. i asked the guy from the hotel and he said that you need to walk in the road.
