Great location, amazing views. Decent breakfast for Italian standards (could use some veggies though)
Very bad staff. Took our IDS and left them for 2 days in a place where everyone could just walk in and take those.
Wanted to book bikes for following day. Reception promised to get back to us with availability. Never did.
I put DND light at the room door (don't feel comfortable someone going through my stuff). They entered anyway, did the bed, left all the garbage. Total chaos.
