Staff were exceptional. Special shout out to Mr. Kha and Tai from the restaurant in Level 3 who made our service experience more special. Reception and front desk were also very good in providing information and taking care of small details like opening the door of taxi and so forth.
Swimming pool was good with option of kid and adult pool. Gym was not that great but ok for quick workout. Rooms were nice and clean with good views, although my wife had suggestion for the hotel to have brighter lights but I personally am more leaned towards ambient type.

Great room excellent location
Rude doorman was kind when I took a taxi but treated me with less than satisfactory attitude when my wife (a Vietnamese local) rented a motorbike so I could experience real Vietnam travel he left me soaking in the rain refusing to answer my questions on where to park my wife is Vietnamese so there was no language barrier
