Breakfast was a great buffet.
The location is very handy to go to main HCM city attractions, however it is located in a very busy and noisy avenue so you have to bear the noise at night

Great location, very easy access to the city’s major sights and nice surroundings nearby walking street. Lots of dining options, cafes etc all around.
The breakfast was very good quality - bit later timeslots would help those easing across timezones.
1. Bathroom had a very slippery bathtub/shower which is bot hazard - I had a near-miss fall and knocked over a soap dish which they then wanted to charge me for! (I was glad only slight bruises, but expected a bit more concern?)
2. Booked the “triple room” but they gave us 3rd bed as just a trundle/ pullout — terribly uncomfortable compared to the other two regular beds in the room. End of holiday stay and our group was relying on a proper comfy rest before long trip back home. Bit of a let down - but at least the Linen was clean, fresh.
