Location was near lots of restaurants, street food, public transportation, overnight buses to other areas and neighboring countries. It is also with the surroundings of The famous Bui Vien Walking Street, which is the party town. It reminds me of a mixture of Miami, and Las Vegas. However, once inside, you will never know that you are in a nightlife area. It is quiet, peaceful and calm. The hotel is off the main street, down a small alley, so at first you may miss it if you don't know exactly where it is. There are a local food stall at the entrance, lots of restaurants outside. It was a budget friendly hotel that has everything you need. There is no breakfast served, and no laundry. There is a seating area where you can bring your won food and eat, as well and work on your laptop.

Great location. Walking distance to almost everything you will go to in Saigon.
Poor standards. Would not even call it a hotel. More like a hostel, motel. Everything was functional though. Just poor quality. Poor facilities. Lazy, cheap engineering. not well maintained. A lot of rotten parts in the room.
