Great location
Clean and basic which is fine for us

The free laundry and drinks / snacks is a great touch
Getting hot water out of the shower was tricky but once the staff tell you to turn all the way to the left and let it run you can get warm water

The hotel is in an excellent location and is within walking distance of a number of attractions. The staff are utterly lovely. Breakfast was fantastic - some of the best hotel breakfast I've had. The room was comfortable and well set up - the hammock could have just been a gimmick but was lovely to sit in!
As others have mentioned, the water in the shower takes a long time to heat up (about the length of a normal shower to get anything approaching warm). I also had a strange mark on the wall which looked suspiciously like damp.

Friendly and helpful staff. Delicious breakfast and snacks included. Clean and well maintained rooms.
Only downside this time we stayed were the renovations being done in the lobby, although it did not impede on our trip and all noise was during the day so no impact to our sleep.

Location, unlimited snacks and drinks.
Noisy hotel. Construction next door - drilling, and hammering 7 hours straight, starting 9am. Can hear upstair guests walking, stomping the floor and move the furniture. Primary school 100 meters from the hotel, can hear the cheering and the bell system ring.
Most of these noises can be dampened with the earplugs provided, but the construction was too much. Notified the reception that we could not sleep in this and welcomed the receptionist to our room and listen to the horrible noise. Got asked to wait until afternoon for it to end.
Very rarely did we get hot water in the shower at night. I assume the hotel ran out of hot water by night. We stayed for 6 nights total. Hard to really get some good quality sleep here.
