The location in particular was good. There was a convenience store across the street which made getting snacks and water easy.
The carpet had stains which was uncomfortable, also the shower in the bathroom did not have a glass pane, meaning it would flood everywhere

Location. 10mins ride from saigon opera house etc
Tight toilet space, need to manoeuvre yourself to close the bathroom door. Housekeeping did not look to the sides of the bed, where the last guest threw his used contra packs etc
