Location excellent So many quality eateries close by
Very noisy at night with machinery working on the new Metro underground facility opposite.
Unable to sleep because of constant vibrations first night little sleep. Second night I was used to it so no more problem. Just accept that which is out of hotel control

The staff were amazing and very accommodating. Room was great!
Little bit of construction across the road but when you're in vietnam and finally get to sleep, it didnt bother us as we were very tired and slept through most of it.

Location was good
Bed was comfortable, handy power outlets nearby
Good to have a working fridge
I booked a "city view" room, the view was the wall of the building next door.
No bidet either despite the room description including it.
Water backs up in the shower fast
The A/C drips water and has a bright light right above the head of the bed
The towels are old and so worn through I accidentally ripped two
$$$$
