Das Personal war sehr freundlich, sie haben mir für mein Fahrrad ein Schloss angeboten, da ich keins hatte.
Die Betten sind durchgelegen und die anderen Hotelgäste waren sehr laut.

So, i think that what i like and what i do not like is the same thing - the owner of it. Quite charming old gentelmen who enjoys beer near to the pool at bar whole day.
He is acting as watchdog ensuring rules are been followed. Other question whether you agree with all his rules, but rest assured no one would be smoking or drinking whole day near the pool
so, i guess due to sensitivity to the noise and electricity consumption owner did not equiped appartments with aircon, which is something you rather not expect in Mallorca. For me this was main challenge here. be aware

Abends sehr ruhig.
Viel Platz im Zimmer.
Schöner großer Balkon mit Liegen und Tisch mit Stühlen.
Tausend Verbotsschilder.
Völlig unsinnige Regeln.
Nicht stimmig mit den Angaben in Booking.
Pool schließt bereits um 18 Uhr.
Ruhestörung auf dem eigenen Balkon durch Poolbar bis 18 Uhr.
Ausstattung sehr alt.
Möbel und Boden auf dem Balkon unglaublich schmutzig.
Etc. etc.......
