we loved the place, the room and how close it was to the station. The host Valerio was really nice and let us self-check in since we arrived at night and that was very helpful. Very clean and tidy.

despite the location being convenient, it was a bit sketchy at night, but otherwise great!
Ours didn't include breakfast, but having the coffee machine was nice!

The location is very good, little bit over kilometer to the colloseum and train station is close aswell, the neighbourhood felt little sketchy at first but nothing happened, also the room is pretty big, the shower is good, towels are clean, the person who greeted us is very friendly and talkative, shoutout to him.
Some places werent the most clean, especially sofa in the room but its understandable, also theres a shared kitchen but it lacks something like a stove, theres only microwave and toaster to warm food up.

I loved the coffee machine!!! The beds were quite comfy amd the room was quite large with a sofa.

"Very comfortable. Great area lots of markets and convenience stores nearby. 1 minute walk to underground train access and only 20m on train to ancient centre. Nice shower good pressure.
