Struttura tenuta in maniera perfetta, con uno splendido giardino vista mare. Dotata anche di parcheggio privato. Stanza pulitissima e dotata di tutti i comfort/ strumenti necessari. Posizione molto tranquilla, lontano da traffico o rumori generali. Il proprietario è una persona estremamente gentile e disponibile!
L unica pecca, l accesso al mare. Ha un pontile con una scaletta, ma non dispone di spiaggia/spazio dove stare, se non il giardino della struttura.

Wij vonden de zee niet fijn, er was heel veel aangespoeld zeewier en er was wel een stijger maar jet bleef ontzettend lang ondiep

Everything is exactly as shown in the photos. The garden is beautiful, and the room feels brand new, also the sea view is lovely. The bed is very comfortable, and the room is thoughtfully designed so you don’t miss any facilities.
Cleaning is spotless and done every two days. The owners are extremely friendly and helpful with anything you need, including recommendations for places to visit around the island.
The location is about 5 minutes by car from the centre of Kavos, or around 20 minutes on foot. It’s a very quiet and relaxing spot, yet still close to all the fun.
There are pools and taverns within a 5-minute walk. The best beach we found in the south – Gardenos Beach, with crystal-clear water and clean sand – was about 15 minutes away by car.
The property provides all the beach gear you might need, such as a life ring, floating mattress, and swim belt.
We used this place as a base to explore the whole island: about 1 hour to Corfu Town and around 2 hours to the northernmost point at Canal d’Amour. For us, coming from a busy city with long commutes, this felt very reasonable.
Because in the north, for the same money, the facilities are horrible. At this location, we never had any issues with hot water at any time of day. We experienced no discomfort at all, and I think that’s worth more than staying in Paleokastritsa. Of course, we had a car, which helped us get around easily. There are car rentals available on the island, and there are also buses to make exploring Corfu more convenient.
Choosing Sand & Sea was the best decision. We felt very comfortable, had everything we needed, and the value for money is excellent.
The only small downside (and not the owners’ fault) is that currents bring seaweed and debris, such as tree branches, onto the shoreline directly in front of the property. You may need to walk a little further to find a completely clean spot to swim. The water is shallow, so this doesn’t affect swimming at all.
