Great place but choose Junior Suite if you have more budget

Great hospitality from the host. Ahmed was very nice and even provide us some drinks and snacks on arrival as complimentary. The housekeeping guy was also superb, attentive and trying his best to help as much. Overall, the service is good as they tried their best to accomodate of my requests. Highly recommended place. 😀

I didn't know the deluxe room chose by me, is more of like hotel room. I thought it was apartment with microwave and cutlery with bowl. My bad. But not much of an issue. Just informing everyone, who wanted a kitchenette area, should have chose Junior Suite of their room, as I made a mistake. 😅

Lovely location. Needs some work

The location was perfect. The space in the room was great also. But maybe it would have been nice having some more sofa space. Staff was very helpful

Sadly it seems like the a few comments before us also mentioned this. The bathroom door was broke which made going for a number 2 with 4 of us very difficult and embarrassing. The lights in the kitchen didn’t work at all. When room service came over they also forgot to refill the toilet rolls. Luckily the staff came back to us quickly and dropped it all off. It also seemed the aircon wasn’t so great and barely gave off any air. In the middle of august it was baking at night

Good

The room size and location is good. The staff is friendly and willing to meet our needs in a timely manner.

There is no luggage storage service and we have to go to a place that is eight minutes' walk away, which is inconvenient if we are carrying a lot of luggage. And they can only be stored for free when we check in, and when we leave, there is a charge for luggage storage.

A great stay in the perfect location within a beautiful city!

The property is in a great location overlooking the Fontana del Tritone and within walking distance to all of the main attractions. The apartment itself is very secure (something we felt was important) and once inside the room it is beautiful and grand. The balcony was an added bonus and the bed was very comfortable.

No dislikes however, if to we was to really nitpick it would be that there was no door on the shower so we couldn't use waterfall shower head and the TV would turn on but couldn't connect to anything (or that maybe we couldn't figure out how to find any channels). These were minor things for us and didn't take away from our fabulous stay here but they are small details you would expect for an apartment of this calibre.

Not recommend for a long stays

Location is very nice! Just few steps walk from a metro station. Two bathrooms. Living space was quite big and nice view to the square.

The lift was broken and the room located in the highest floor. We choose this room because it says there is a lift… Also they don’t have that much tea left in case, only sugars in there.

I paid for 2bedrooms and 2 baths and I got 1 bedroom and 1 bath

location

the door don’t open we had to wait for someone to break in because they were not able to open the door either. they told me that their manager we will me back my money for that night because they were them from 7 pm to 11:30 pm trying to fix it. they moved us from 2 bedrooms and 2 baths to a 1 bedroom and 1 bath. they said that next door the door will be fix and we would be able to go back. that never happened we stay our time in 1 bedroom one bath suite.

fabulous location and room with View

excellent location! comfortable bed, spacious room, large bath, market to the right and lots of food, coffee and shopping within steps, windows open for fresh air, walk off the street and into your luxury stay! you can’t get better than this! taxi right in front always available and Uber on corner, laundromat .2 miles for doing clothes. 3 large loads cost 50.00 and they wash and fold, wine and Champaign at market and pharmacy next door

shower can spray onto slippery floor so you just have to be careful

The location is fantastic! The check in was fast and efficient, Andrea is a nice person always willing to help!

Everything was fantastic, maybe you can hear some noise but I was not a problem for us.

Great location! Big room, comfortable bed.

The place needs some attention. The toilet seat was broken, the flush was getting stuck open, need to replace some light bulbs. There is no reception or area you can leave your luggage after the check out.

Outstanding visit, greatly enjoyed our stay.

Location, air conditioning was amazing, the most comfortable beds ever. Staff was incredibly helpful and gracious.

The facilities were a little dated, shower pressure was a little low.

location was brilliant lived that the apartment was big for 3 adults will return an book again let us keep our luggage in the apartment until our flight later that nite

Comfortable, Spacious & just what we needed.

GREAT!!! location, staff were friendly and very helpful (thank you Ahmed). The room was amazing and just what we needed to enjoy our stay.

The shower was slightly on the colder side and did not have great water pressure, however it was extremely warm in Rome so it was not that big of a deal.

A great stay with our family. Would stay again.

Location was fabulous. 5 mins walk to Trevi fountain and Spanish steps. Metro is on your door step. Plenty of restaurants just below the apartment. Bed was very comfortable. Apartment was lovely and spacious. Decor was nice.

Air con in the main bedroom could be more powerful. Bathrooms looking a little tired.

Lovely suit in amazing location

Amazing location, absolutely in the middle of everything with easy access to all form of transportation. Huge suite in a lovely building, all the amenities you can want. Super comfortable and spacious Sebastián met us earlier than planned and the room was ready.

We are somewhat sensitive to heat so air conditioning was not enough for us. It was ok but still too warm

super location nice & practical room but not so big

no storage for the luggages after checking out, in care you want to stay around. the bath bowl is not that clean. the bath tab was not available for one day then we informed them. they fixed it afterwards

Overall, I would give them an excellent rating. The interior design is posh, location is great, and staff were helpful.

Location was great; just a few minutes walk to Trevi fountain, literally just a few steps away from the Metro station, and surrounded by loads of restaurants and shops. Just a few stops to Colosseo and Vatican City. Also, communication was a breeze, Sebastian responds quickly to queries and assistance was offered as soon as possible. We also had a late check-in but was attended to by their staff. As we have a flight in the evening, they also allowed us to keep our luggages until in the afternoon. Customer service was superb.

A must stay for top notch experience in a great location.

Beautiful suite. Comfortable and well equipped. Perfect location. Suites amenities well above anything you will find in a hotel. Huge tv. Very comfortable bed , great for after a long day of seeing the sights. Unique and grandiose, with a very comfortable atmosphere. Sebastian was an amazing host attentive , helpful , and friendly.
