Some gapage on the entrance of the building ,, which give abad smile , I hope the management to work to removed this kind of garpage soonly.

Disappointing

The location and the size of the room are the good things.

Cleanliness and hygiene was a disaster. Even though we were supposed to have clean towels every day, and obviously we were dropping on the floor the used ones, we found out that they were placing back the used ones. The garbage bins were placed in the entrance corridor just before the elevator, and the smell was awful and disgusting. Lastly a bigger fridge could work as the one in place is too small.

A slice of your own Little Italy! Beautiful rooftop terrace to wine and dine watching the sunset.

We absolutely loved our stay at this apartment! The terrace and view is stunning and rare for the city of Rome. Very central and close to many nearby attractions. Trevi Fountain is a stone's throw away! The main room is very large, although kitchenette and bathroom are small - you don't need much as you will be out traveling and eating locally all day.

Great location and building, clean apartment! Nael and Eva were always there to help!

Everything was perfect but since it was three girls it would’ve been great if there was a bigger cupboard!

Had a great stay, would highly recommend!

Convenient location. Great food options very close nearby. Host was very kind and helpful. Easy to check in. Large, private balcony was great to enjoy and unwind after a day of sightseeing.

Excellent location and facilities. A little gem of a property.

The location was perfect, it was very clean and nicely refurbished

The shower cubicle was very small and the shower didn’t have a lot of power but that didn’t spoil a fantastic stay

Great location, serviced each day, very good communication re entry and how to operate key areas such as doors, coffee machine, loved sitting on the balcony, kitchen utensils, plates, bowls, cutlery, air conditioning. Best of all was Eva's recommendations for good restaurants, pizza, gelati etc - really made our trip special.

Shower drain cover needs replacement. It's loose atm and could be a slipping hazard if stood on. Shower alcove is too small, I couldn't bend down to reach my feet. An inside bench table would be useful to have meals.

Very good

The apartment is in a very good location, close to all major tourist attractions. Real gem is the patio where you can sit and relax, have a glass of wine surrounded by the lovely scenery of Rome. Our host Nael was just wonderful - always available to answer questions through whataspp, allowed us late check-out without any problem, very friendly and polite. Room service is provided daily, so every night we would come back to a clean home. In general, this property is a very good value for the money spent.

Short but sweet stay in Rome city centre

Location of the room is perfect close to the Trevi fountain and Spanish steps, had a little balcony that caught the sun from morning to evening, the room was super clean and a nice big open space with air con, most of all very professional service from the staff who made some brilliant recommendations for places to eat and see and also was available to message anytime with quick acknowledgment, for the cost I thought it was brilliant would definitely stay here again!

Nice central apartment with amazing terrace

The location was excellent. Walking distance to most major sites. Two very good restaurants on the same block. The beautiful and spacious terrace was a highlight in the evenings.

A few maintenance issues need to be addressed, especially the kitchen sink which was out of order.

We loved our stay - we felt like Romans in the center of our city!

Rome is a big beautiful city and if you walk it, you will be putting in your steps. President Gardens is perfectly located to head out to all the main sights! It is quiet, very safe and the patio was a delightful bonus for a late-night Prosecco and recap of our day.

We had a little trouble communicating instructions for when we arrived. I had asked before we left the states but didn't get the information until the day of our arrival and I was stuck in Frankfurt so my traveling companions had to figure it out. It would have been nice to receive them earlier. Our host was very responsive, however. Also, the coffee maker and the dresser were both broken.

Wonderful large room with a delightful terrace.

Wonderful property located on a small quiet street in the heart of the city. The room was huge and the terrace was amazing. There are several small eateries located right on the street and there is a small grocer a block away. An excellent value and a delightful experience.

It's difficult to think of anything that can be improved upon! The street is small, so if you are looking for a cab, you may need to go to a nearby street, other than that, there is really nothing negative.

Quality apartment, great location

We had a great stay in this cozy apartment! The highlight was the spacious terrace, with the great view - we loved it! The bed was comfortable, we had kitchen items so we could have our breakfast on our terrace. (Plates, mugs, water boiler, tea etc) The owner and the staff was amazing and accomodated our needs, they were so helpful with our requests. The location is amazing, few minutes walk from the Spanish Steps. We can only recommend this apartment!

Big yes!

The room is wonderful, luxurious, big, high ceilings and recently renovated. The terrace is even better! 😉 The staff was really nice, easy to communicate with them. The location is very good. The Trevi fountain and the Spanish steps are around the corner, but you can easily walk to the Colosseum or even to the Vatican. I highly recommend to have dinner somewhere near the Vatican, than walk home. You will experience on the way the greatest attractions of Rome in wonderful night lights. Loved it!

Very beautiful place, location was more than great, just a few minutes walking distance from Trevi and Piazza di Spagna. Room was big and comfy and the best part - big, beautiful balcony!

Superb

A fantastic place in the heart of Rome itself. Next to perfect traffic (in Barberini Square). Thank you for allowing you to keep your luggage after you checked out because we had the flight in the afternoon. The patio terrace - a miracle. The hosts welcome. Although there is no full-fledged kitchen, plates, spoons, knives are available, even a wine attache. There were no dish towels (but I always billed it and brought it along). Would love to come back there again, because the price and place are perfect.

There were some awkward moments with cleaning, but it was resolved.
