The location is ideal! It's near an intersection so taxis and rideshares are easily accessible. Also cafes, pharmacies, souvenir shops are right outside your door. The Trevi Fountain is less than a 5 min walk and the hotel is on a straight line towards all other major attractions. There is a lift so no need to carry all your luggage up some stairs. The staff is super friendly, communicative and available on site and via whatsapp. They also greeted us with a glass of white wine. We didn't get to take advantage of rooftop due to the heat, but if you go when it's cooler, I'm sure it will be fun. Our room was clean, modern and stylish. It was perfect for two people. We traveled with one medium size suitcase, one carry on and two backpacks. We found ways to spread out and still have a bit of room to get around. Our room was next to the elevator and we didn't get disturbed by any of that noise.
The only thing that I would say, and that I mentioned to the staff, is that you can hear all the noise in the hallway. Every time someone checked in or when housekeeping was setting up, you heard it all. I hope that they are able to resolve it.

Incredible value for the space! Fantastic location just a couple blocks from Trevi Fountain. WAY more spacious than we expected. Would stay here again in a heartbeat. If you're looking for space & privacy for your family in Rome. This is IT!
The transfer service arranged by the hotel was reasonable and top notch compared to the other hotel transfer we received.
Staff was very attentive via WhatsApp. Staff on site is minimal. Didn’t love that the upstairs loft area did not cool down with A/C and no extra towels, pillows or blankets. They were provided upon request.
