The staffs were superb, smile a lot and show of passion on welcoming us. They contacted me one day before our arrival. The communication was great and proactive. They even helped us book a taxi ride to airport of next day which reduced our stress of finding transfer services.
Plus picked up our bulky luggages to room.
The location was convenient close to Metro station and old town.
The bathroom was a bit old style.

- Stained towels (small dark spots)
- No disposable slippers (plastic slippers is a major hygiene issue if you are not using a new pair for every customer)
- Old pillow cases (yellow stained)
- Bugs in the bathroom
