The property was exactly as described. It was extremely comfortable, clean, and very well located, which made our stay very convenient and enjoyable.
There was nothing in particular that we disliked. Everything met our expectations.

Property is a good location close to Trevi fountain, Roman forum and piazza Navona. The room was spacious and very clean and comfortable.
The bathroom is a bit cramped.

I booked 2 rooms, Athena (large deluxe king) and Diana (standard king). I can’t overstate how wonderful this place is. It is a 3 room B&B in a wonderful quiet (a must for us) location (near Barbieri square, between Trevi Fountain and the Spanish Steps). The rooms are completely upgraded and elegant all with real king beds and updated private baths and bidets. A note, there is body wash/shampoo, but no conditioner. There is a hairdryer. The rooms are immaculately clean. Just a note, the Athena does not have a door that closes off the whole bathroom, just the toilet, so turn on the toilet light and you light up the whole room. It’s worth it for the bigger bathroom and room .The Diana has a door for the whole (smaller) bathroom. It’s a very old building with a quaint small elevator that works fine, though it might take a few trips if you have a lot of luggage or people (it was fine for the 4of us). It’s close to a HOHO stop and walkable to Trevi Fountain, the colosseum and Victor Emmanuel monument and the Pantheon. We took taxis to and from Vatican City. Rosy, the owner, called cabs for us and they arrived in only a few minutes (probably the same price as the apps). I can’t say enough about how wonderful Rosy is. She was wonderful about giving us advice about seeing the sights. She is very kind and sweet, very eager to please (like a nonna) Her English is broken, but she understands most things and we were able to communicate without any problems. We had rental car problems causing us to leave later than expected and she was patient, allowing us to keep our luggage and stay in the breakfast room. There are lots of restaurants nearby. I’ll stop one, but suffice it to say! We would always and only stay here anytime we return to Rome.
There’s no safe in the Athena. There’s no ice, though there’s a small refrigeration. Couldn’t get Netflix or Prime on the TV.

The host is rude and doesn’t care. If she doesn’t speak English she should have said so
