We booked this hotel for a business trip, but one colleague couldn’t join. I asked the staff about a partial refund for the unused room, but they refused, saying the booking was non-refundable for large groups. At the same time, another couple was able to take over the room for part of the stay, meaning the hotel resold it but still kept our full payment. Their reasoning — low season and wire payment — didn’t feel fair or customer-oriented. Because of this, I wouldn’t book this hotel again.
