The property is a good location, close to everything. Staff were very friendly and breakfast was the best!

The staff were amazing, they are nice, helpful and warm. Breakfast was great and the guy who was in charge was very hardworking and pleasant. Hotel location is great as near Trevi fountain & shops
We were assigned for a small room on the ground floor with limited space to move around and the door to toilet was just next to the bed.
Felt cramped because window was facing the main street so it was not possible to open the curtain as people walking through from the street will be able to see us.
The fridge in the room was useless as it was not cold at all, there was nothing they can do about it. We have to ask concierge to keep our cheese somewhere else.
And the worst part was the room is hot. The aircon was not working. We tried to asked the concierge to look into it and they were very nice and willing to assist. We have asked them 3 time to check on the aircon but there was no improvement at all. Perhaps the staff tried their best.
