Clean, a really comfortable beds and pillows. Bed was like a queen size as we know it in North America. Air conditioning working amazing, we needed it. Cute breakfast place next to our room. Located 2 min walk from Trevi Fountain! Lived there location. Hosts were easily contacted for arrival and info.
The bathroom was small and no counter space to get ready for make up or hair. Not a deal breaker but that would be the only thing

The location was amazing and the staff and breakfast were lovely. Even though it was right in the middle of Rome it was quiet and felt like a little oasis away from the hustle and bustle. The aircon worked a treat.
