Proximity to major attractions, food choices, and restaurants. Our room for four was large and comfortable, well-equipped and clean. The 2 units of aircon were working well, which kept us cool in the hot summer.
The essentials room containing laundry facilities and other essentials were particularly useful.
The lift doors open on both sides - one side directly to our unit door (though code needed to open our unit) and to the common corridor of the other units on the same floor. This was an unusual experience. So we used the staircase to access our unit instead, when we were without our luggages.
Though the bathroom was of good size, somehow the toilet bowl was placed very close to the shower door, which made that corner rather tight.

Everything was as expected
The alleyway leading to the hotel was scruffy and unkept and full of rubbish which spoiled our first impression, hairdryer didnt work

I loved the location. It is close to so many good markets, souvenir shops, Trevi, as well as many good food places.
Could be a little cleaner upon arrival. Was not super dirty but you could see some specks left behind. Other than that, it was good!

The location was good and the size of the apartment
The access to our room was awful, the bathroom smelled rotten and it’s not worth what we paid.
