Great view! Great hospitality ask for Francesca

The view from our room was fantastic. The room was very comfortable and it felt like the turn down service was done every time we left the room. The view from the rooftop bar was also fantastic. A big thanks to Francesca at reception for the awesome hospitality, restaurant bookings and recommendations.

엘리베이터가 비좁고 한대밖에없어요 계단이 낫습니다

An amazing first time!

The location as stuff were amazing. Francesca greeted me gave me a virtual tour of Rome and helped me out with amazing restaurant recommendation. The staff upstairs were so nice and friendly and had a rooftop table anytime I wanted it because I was staying there

Breakfast delicious, good variety and love the fruit every morning and smoothie. Nice to start the day healthy. Service and staff excellent and friendly

The breakfast room behind the curtain was a bit boring. Not a fan of the gold cutlery either sorry.

We loved that the breakfast had American options like eggs for breakfast which is rare in Italy. They also have a pillow concierge which was amazing. The staff was so attentive and helpful! This is a great hotel.

wonderful

it was clean and quiet with a wonderful location. the rooftop bar was great and our suite’s view and balcony was amazing

I enjoyed my stay there, certainly.

Impeccable staff and lovely dining in a tasteful modern hotel with style.

Fortunately I was on the first floor and could avoid the sometimes crowded elevator. There was a planned test of the evacuation alarm that I found terrifying and didn’t get the message for somehow..

the rooms are clean. they had a water kettle and espresso machine. nice size bathroom. very cute rooftop lounge/restaurant. seems popular with non-guests too. very friendly and helpful staff. check-in and check out were easy. the staff were friendly and helped get taxis whenever we needed.

if they do something about the elevator I would return. otherwise it’s not worth it.

staff was amazing and very attentive to our needs. Especially Claudio at the reception and Laura at the restaurant, very kind, attentive and professional!!

there is only one elevator that accommodates hotel guests as well as people coming to the rooftop bar. sometimes you could wait 20 minutes (!!) for an elevator because of the heavy traffic from the rooftop bar. there should be a separate elevator for that. This really ruined it for us .

Beautiful and comfortable, worth the cost for location and service.

Loved the location, just a short walk to majority of the historical sites. Staff are lovely and helpful. The bed and the pillows were very comfortable.

There was a sewage smell in the bathroom, however I’m not sure if it’s the case for all bathrooms. The rooftop bar costs were a downer, while it is a beautiful area the drinks were quite expensive we paid $30aud for a glass of Gin and Tonic to put in perspective.

Breakfast was great. Location great. Easy meandering in the neighbourhood. Staff very friendly, efficient and helpful.
