Good location, pretty basic room. The WhatsApp number was handy and they were quick to reply and help with any requests. Great a/c
Stairs leading up to the elevator make travelling with luggage and a pram difficult. Steps in room not ideal for toddlers. Staff not always at reception, was told we could leave our luggage at check out in the unmanned reception which I did not think was safe.
They arranged airport transfer and I confirmed 4 times I needed a car seat, the transfer turned up without one

I like how the location is very central, it is situated near Rome’s major attractions and major bus routes are within the area as well. The staff were kind, and respectful.
I would 100% recommend to anyone visiting Rome.
Well it is quite expensive for what you get, but that’s not a surprise. The shower and toilet being in a separate room is quite inconvenient for me but that’s just a personal preference. Also beware that it gets pretty loud at night since it is situated in a main road.
