The space was good as was the view onto the Side of the Pantheon.
The room was tired and somewhat bare.The bathroom was old and needs to be renewed. The TV had no Smart options. There was no room-service menu in the rooms. The 30 Euro room service breakfast was way below par for the price. Was not up to advertised 5 star standards.
