The staff was so friendly and accommodating!
I might be a snob because I worked in the hospitality business for twenty years in the US but the carpet in the hall and the stairs needs replacing. . My room 327 the floor wood was scraped up and the ceiling alcove either had a leak but it needed paint. The bathroom shower near door needs replacing it looks old.

The location was right behind Pantheon and 10 minutes from Trevi Fountain. I walked everywhere. Staff were friendly and room was perfect.
