The location is beyond perfect. We were in the annex and we could see the Pantheon from our window. The room was clean and had a fancy bathroom. The staff are all extremely kind and helpful. I will recommend this hotel to friends.

The location is excellent, right in the heart of Rome, making it very convenient to explore the city on foot. The staff were extremely friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. The cleanliness was also excellent.
The room was very small, especially considering the price paid. One of the biggest inconveniences was having to carry our luggage up a full flight of stairs to reach the room, which was extremely uncomfortable and impractical.
Additionally, the elevator was extremely small and very slow, making it inconvenient to use, especially when traveling with luggage.
Breakfast was served at a nearby restaurant, which was fine, but the process was poorly explained. We had to fill out a form selecting our breakfast items, without receiving clear instructions about how it worked or whether we could order anything additional.
Overall, although the location and staff were excellent, the facilities and comfort did not justify the price. The value for money was disappointing.

Breakfast was at a restaurant nearby. Not in hotel
They seems put out by hotel guests and limited food option
We were in the “annex”. The reason we booked was to have front office staffed. It was a desk about 3 feet wide not a hotel. We were in a completely separate building down a dark alley up 2 floors
It was a weird set up. Not worth the price at all
