The staff at this property did everything they could to be helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. The hotel is very clean. The bed was comfortable and there was plenty of hot water for showering. The communal areas are pleasantly decorated and there is a lot of comfortable seating in the bar/lounge. The rooms have complimentary toiletries, tea and coffee making, iron and ironing board, safety deposit box, beach towels and hair dryer
Our main complaint is not really about the hotel or stay itself but with the description of the room on your booking .com site. It didn't explain that the room would not have a balcony. As this was a beach holiday for us, there wasn't anywhere to dry towels and swimwear. Towels not too much of a problem as they are included but it meant we had to change them every day which isn't very environmentally friendly. The room was very small.

I was on a week's trip to Majorca & stayed in 3 accommodations. This was by far the best. Great location but still quiet at night. Very friendly staff. Central for everything. Good breakfast, reasonable drink prices. Nice to have drink making facilities & fridge in room. Safe area for a solo traveller. Free street parking in surrounding roads.
Checking in at the sister hotel (although not far away). Room rate not cheap but I didn't have a balcony. The rate would have been higher if I did. Seems rates are based on 2 people sharing & pricing is dynamic.
