Very clean everywhere, pleasnt room and friendly helpful owner. the parking and directions were good. the location was good.
We liked everything, the breakfast may not be to all Britsh guests taste, but we quite enjoyed the chandge of menu.

Lovely and welcoming b&b about a 10 minute walk from the town centre. The room was spotless. Excellent continental breakfast which included home made bread. We will stay here when we return to Killarney.

Everything... From being welcomed by Teresa our host, a lovely lady who during our stay went above and beyond! We were made very welcome and comfortable. Breakfast was a lovely continental, beautifully presented and served. Room was immaculate and the bed lovely and comfortable. Would HIGHLY recommend it... When we are next in Killarney we will definitely be staying here again.
