Great holiday location

Location and value for money

Very small pool , not large enough to swim in. Also shower was very basic ,although water warm

Superb

Close to all amenities. Beach lovely. Sea amazing. Staff lovely helpful & friendly. Especially the gardener who often cooled me down watering the Garden. It's restful quiet place. Stayed in a 5* all-inclusive one week before. Decided to stay longer & moved down the coast best decision. Great bars & restaurants & a lovely Park.lovely lady on reception.

Apartment a little dated. But if your going to sleep in a clean place & rest enjoying the peace & quiet this is the place. Nothing bad to say.

it really was lovely, how every when they checked me in they did not put me in to the sea view as that was what I paid for. two day later they kindly moved my stuff to a sea view. the apartment was amazing but and it’s a big but the shower was terrible, it had to have been the smallest show I have ever been in. when you moved in the shower you would hit the temp controller and then scald yourself. I did not fell like I washed myself properly for the whole holiday. I am not a big person(size 12) so you can only imagine if your were bigger how hard it would have been.

Good

Location fab for shops,restaurants and bus station for great connections to other places on the island. Apartment lovely and clean, a good size with plenty space and good amount of kitchen utensils.

Poor mobile phone reception. Having to pay for WIFI. Only 1 socket in kitchen area when looking to use toaster, coffee maker and microwave was a logistical struggle.

Fabulous location, spotlessly clean, helpful staff, close to everything, perfect!

The location was perfect - right beside the beach, close to restaurants, bars and shops, but quiet also. Housekeeping was excellent - spotlessly clean and fresh towels every 2 days. The office was very efficient and very helpful with any queries. I will definitely stay at Oasis Playa whenever I next go to Maspalomas.

Oasis Playa is made up of units in several different blocks. The balcony in our unit did not get much sun. (we were there in January and would have liked to be able to sit in the sun for breakfast.) It is a minor minor issue and will not put me off going to Oasis Playa again.

Great views and friendly service.

Great views directly to the dunes from the 2 bedroom appartment that the staff kindly recommended for us instead of the 2 separate small appartments.it was sufficient for our group of 2 adults and 4 kids. Cleaning every second day and plenty of clean towels always. Comfortable beds.

A little more cooking supplies would be good and an update for the dishes to be more inline with the appartment standard. You need to pay for the wifi.

Very good holiday close to the beach and 200m from the main Maspalomas bus stop- great location.

I didn’t know the staff stopped working at 7 pm, your website showed that someone would be at the desk until midnight but there was no one there when we arrived at 7.15 pm. It was v dark and difficult to read the handwritten message about where the keys were.

Beds uncomfortable, pillows lumpy, very dirty blanket,shower only hot for one person had to wait an hour for water to heat up again for next person to shower, electric kept going off in apartment only to be told that you could only us one ring on hob and no other electric item else it cuts out !! They say not dogs !! We complained as people in Apartment above had a dog barking and keeping us awake, we were moved to another apartment, what if there had not been an empty apartment for us to move into ?? Very misleading to advertise NO PETS. Apartment is advertised for 3 persons yet only one sunbed and 2 outside chairs for eating. Sofas very uncomfortable. They need to spend money on up grading their apartments.

Perfect location in big apartment with 2 balconies

The location was perfect, couldn't have been better than that! Highly recommended for those who want to stay minutes away from the beach.

The building/apartment is old and really not cozy, also lacked some of the main amenities and supplies for the kitchen. The sofa - incredibly uncomfortable. The bedroom and bathroom were ok. However, the perfect location made us close our eyes to the other parts we didn't like.
