Situated in Maspalomas, this lovely house for $288 per night is a fantastic choice for your next trip. If you are looking for a relaxing holiday, this villa is the ideal place. This wonderful 3 bedroom villa is located in an urbanization called "Sonneland" in Maspalomas, about 2 km from Maspalomas beach and 3 km from Playa del Inglés beach. An exclusive and comfortable villa in a quiet area. The villa is fully equipped with all the comforts to make our guests feel at home. We wait for you at the house ourselves and if you wish we offer a pick up service from the airport ( with extra charge) The villa is divided into two floors, on the ground floor we have the master bedroom with bathroom and a bright office with a library. Also on the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen and a cosy living room, from where you have access to a large sunny terrace with a private heated pool (8mx 3.8m, heated min.23º degrees). On the upper floor there are 2 more bedrooms with 2 bathrooms. There are linens for all beds and towels for all guests. There is a good wifi connection in the house and a smart TV with many applications like for example Netflix. We are available 24 hours for any enquiries or problems you may have during your holiday here. We can advise you about things to do and about activities. The villa has all the necessary appliances to make your stay as pleasant as possible. Dishwasher, washing machine, safe and alarm. ***The 3rd bedroom with bathroom available with an extra charge. ***The property is situated in a quiet & residential area. Guests must respect the peaceful (between 22:00 and 08:00) environment in this urbanization.

We had a lovely holiday in the villa. The swimming pool is heated and really nice. The outside area around the pool is a perfect place to chill out. The villa itself is clean, luxurous, and very well equipped. Service of Pablo and Stefanie was great. We definitely recommend the villa.

Just returned from a week in this Villa. Everything about it was excellent. Pablo and Stephanie are great hosts and the communication from the outset was first class. The hosts were there to greet us on arrival and show us around the Villa, they then left us to it for the week with a quick text during the week to check in on us. The Villa itself has everything you could ask for, we were a family of four (2 boys aged 15 and 11). There was so much space and a heated pool in February was real treat. The Villa has every amenity you could require and the outdoor area is bathed in sun from 9:30am onwards. The outdoor dining and bar area were a real highlight too. The Villa is in Sonnenland about a 25 minute walk to the beach front cafes and bars of Maspalomas and the Lighthouse. It is a really easy walk, but also only a 5 minute and 5 euro taxi ride. The restaurants on the front are good quality with a mix of Spanish, Indian, Chinese and steak eateries. The nearest Spar is a 5 minute walk up the hill and if you need a larger supermarket there is one about 15 minutes in the other direction. We walked or took a taxi to most places. We would highly recommend this Villa to anyone thinking of booking. A big thanks to Pablo, Stephanie and the kids, hope to be back soon!

Para unas vacacciones de dos semanas de una famila de 5 adultos con un nino de 5 anos era la seleccion perfecta. La casa es bien amplia, equipada con todo, incluso una cocina buena. La piscina bien grande para el nino para nadar, todo limpio. La playa a una media hora de paseo, 5 mins en coche. El Tablero a 15in de paseo, alli se puede comprar todo lo necesario. Así, una ubicación y una casa perfecta. Gracias!!

Beautiful & Fun House!
We were a group of 4 and had such an amazing time at the house.
It is much bigger than it looks in the pictures and is absolutely beautiful.
The pool is a great size and there are lots of sunbathing options (with or without shade) which all in all made it perfect for relaxing in the Villa.
Pablo & Stephanie were also fantastic hosts - very attentive & great communication throughout.

Brilliant Break
Fantastic property! We were 3 friends having a short break to celebrate turning 40. Really lovely and clean. Great outside space and pool. Really well equipped kitchen and short taxi ride to restaurants. We had a brilliant time!!

Perfect villa, location and hosts!
This wonderfully comfortable villa was everything that we hoped it would be and more. Pablo and Stephanie were excellent hosts who greeted us on arrival, quickly pointed out all the local hotspots (with a quick car tour also provided) and made some great recommendations for local restaurants and beaches. The villa itself is very comfortable with the outside pool area perfect for lazing around or for the kids to cannon ball to their hearts delight. We ventured to Angry Bird World, Aqualand, Sioux city, Palmalitos Park and they were all excellent days out (Sioux city being the best) but for a small Island we will have to make a trip back next year as there is still so much to do. Thank you Pablo/Stephanie (and little Olivia) for a great holiday!

We had a wonderful vacation days in this stylish, well-equipped and clean villa which is located in a nice and peaceful area in Sonnenland, near Playa del Ingles.
Everything went well and smoothly from the start of the booking process until leaving the villa. Our hosts Stephanie and Pablo took so good care of us. And the villa is faboulus. It had everything we needed and we loved the stylish pool area.
Someone has said: ”Life is not the days that have passed but the days you will remember”. Our vacation in this lovely place will certainly be remembered for the rest of our life.

Great location & villa
What a lovely villa! So nicely furnished with everything you need for a great stay. The owners, Pablo & Stephanie, are friendly, helpful & on hand should you need them but also left us to enjoy our stay.
Location-wise, the Meloneras beach-front is around a 25 minute walk away. Here you'll find a beach with sand dunes to visit & some really nice restaurants to spend the evening in. Taxis frequently go by & can get you there in about 5 minutes & a taxi rank easily to jump in another to take you home again, at only €4 each way! Alternatively, if you just want a quick eat, there are a couple of OK restaurants a short walk up the hill from the villa.
If you have a car, there are some lovely beaches around a 45 minute drive away which are well worth a visit & some great little towns also worth stopping at for a walk around the shops & ports.
If you do not want to go out all the time, the villa is great for relaxing around the pool, soaking up the sun, with lots of different seating areas, games & inflatables to keep you entertained. It felt very private for doing your own thing, with nobody overlooking you & the neighborhood was clean & safe.
I would definitely recommend this lovely villa.

We have had a wonderful week here. Pedro and Stephanie have created a terrific holiday home. Not only is it very well presented but every little detail has been thought about (even umbrellas and hot water bottle - which we didn’t use!!). The villa is set up to have a very relaxing stay. Would thoroughly recommend this villa to anyone thinking about Gran Canaria.

We had a lovely week relaxing round the pool.Stephanie and Pablo were the perfect hosts who made sure we had everything we needed to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Once again, I would like to thank Stephanie and Pablo for helping me. After 3 days I got unwell and I needed a doctor, the hosts were very helpful and drove me immediately to the nearest doctor,We have been already to different luxury hotels around the world, but the good and personally service we received here we never experienced, nothing was too much trouble.We can highly recommend a stay at this lovely villa. we already booked for next year!

¡Villa de lujo! / Outstanding villa!
La villa de Pablo y Stéphanie nos sorprendió muy gratamente por su estupendo equipamiento y sus múltiples comodidades. Nos alojamos tres parejas y un bebé y disfrutamos de varios días de relax y barbacoa junto a la piscina. Los propietarios fueron excepcionalmente atentos y pusieron todas las facilidades para que nos sintiéramos a gusto en si casa. Se encuentra meticulosamente limpia y perfectamente equipada, teniendo en cuenta cualquier necesidad que pueda tener el inquilino. Es, sin duda, la villa mejor preparada y cuidada de aquellas en las que nos hemos alojado. Ya tenemos planes de volver, es un alojamiento altamente recomendable si buscas un plan tranquilo y de descanso con un clima espectacular.
Pablo and Stéphanie's holiday house was such a surprise due to its amazing facilities and all the amenities. Three couples and a baby fitted perfectly and we enjoyed some wonderful barbecue dinners by the pool. Owners were very attentive and provided excelent consumer service, helping us to feel as home. The villa was outstandingly clean and perfectly equipped, covering all costumer needs. It is, by far, the best holiday house we have ever stayed in. Highly recommended accommodation if you are looking for a quiet relaxing break with paradise weather conditions.

2 Wochen in einem wunderschönen Haus
Wir waren in den ersten 2 Wochen im März 2018 das erste Mal in diesem schönen Haus.
Aufgrund der Beschreibung im Internet von den Vermietern selbst und vor allem auch durch die vielen Rezensionen der Vormieter hatten wir schon eine sehr gute Vorstellung von dem Haus. Und wir wurden nicht enttäuscht.
Als wir am ersten Abend nach einer langen Reise (Probleme mit dem Flug) von den Vermietern Stephanie und Pablo herzlich begrüßt wurden, waren wir schon sehr begeistert, dass alles sehr gut hergerichtet war. Wir mussten nicht gleich am ersten Abend noch einkaufen gehen, denn sowohl ein Abendessen mit einer guten Flaschen Wein als auch das notwendigste für das erste Frühstück (u.a. Nespresso-Maschine mit unterschiedlichen Kapseln) war schon da.
Da ich mir auch etwas Arbeit mit in den Urlaub nehmen musste, war ich im Haus insbesondere sehr zufrieden mit dem Arbeitszimmer. Mein Notebook fand einen guten WLAN-Anschluss (25MB/s).
Kurzum, wir hatten ein paar schöne Tage und haben auch schon den Kalender nach ein paar weiteren schönen Wochen im Haus von Stephanie und Pablo gecheckt. Es wird sicher nicht so lange dauern, bis dass wir wieder ein paar schöne Tagen in diesem Haus verbringen werden.

Erstklassiges Urlaubsdomizil
Wir haben als Familie in der ersten Januarwoche 2018 dieses wunderschöne und sehr gepflegte Ferienhaus bewohnen dürfen. Wir haben uns vom ersten Moment wie "zu Hause" gefühlt.
Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt, wirkt sehr persönlich und wurde mit Liebe eingerichtet. Der Pool ist sehr sauber und angenehm temperiert.
Highlight ist auch die Terrasse. Morgens konnten wir in der ersten Januarwoche auf der Terrasse frühstücken und abends die Abendsonne genießen. Das Haus liegt in einem Wohngebiet, fern ab vom Massentourismus. Wir haben uns ein Auto im Flughafen gemietet und waren innerhalb von 20 Minuten am Ferienhaus.
Im Haus stand uns ein umfangreiches "Entertainment" zur Verfügung. Selbst ein TomTom lag für uns bereit.
Klasse war auch die vielfältige Bibliothek die den Hausgästen zur Verfügung steht. Wir haben auch gerne unsere Lektüre von zu Hause beigefügt.
Die nächste Einkaufsmöglichkeit ist ca. 15 Minuten zu Fuß und ca. 3 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt.
Der Vermieter und seine Ehefrau haben uns excellent betreut und beraten. Sie haben uns einige Reise- und Restauranttips gegeben.
Wir haben uns sehr, sehr wohl gefüllt und kommen garantiert nochmal wieder.

Eine Oase der Erholung
Wir haben unsere Flitterwochen in diesem wunderschönen Haus verbracht - zwei unvergessliche Wochen. Nachdem uns der Vermieter, Pablo, vom Flughafen abgeholt hat,
entpuppte er sich als ein hervorragender Reiseführer, indem er uns mit der Umgebung vertraut machte.
Im Haus sind wir wunderschön empfangen worden: Rosenblätter, Blumen, illumierte Kerzen - einfach wunderschön!
Das Haus lässt keine Wünsche offen; es ist mit sehr viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet und es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht und sogar noch mehr (von Streichhölzern über Kerzen bis hin zur
Poolmatratze). Das ganze Haus ist zudem sehr sehr sauber und gepflegt - man kann sich dort sehr wohlfühlen und gut entspannen. Wir haben uns die meiste Zeit draußen aufgehalten - neben
der sehr gemütlichen Ecke mit den Rattanmöbeln, ist natürlich der Pool der Mittelpunkt des Geschehens: der Pool ist sehr sauber und wohltemperiert und hat zudem eine Whirlpoolfunktion
und eine Massagedüse.
Pablo ist sensationell und als Vermieter einzigartig! Er ist sehr herzlich und stets hilfsbereit.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind fußläufig erreichbar. Lange Rede, kurzer Sinn: Für uns steht fest: Es war wunderschön und wir kommen wieder!

Love this house
Our third stay at this fab house. This house is a three bedroom three bathroom oasis. 5 minutes by bus or taxi from Melonares. Beautifully presented, fully equipped and pristine. The pool area is lovely and very relaxing. The owners Pablo and Stephanie are so helpful, taking us to the supermarket on arrival and respond to any questions quickly. We will be back again. So pleased we found this place.

ANOTHER FABULOUS HOLIDAY
This is our third holiday in Pablo and Stephanie's lovely house. The house is spotless and well maintained. It has everything you need for a great holiday
It is easy to get into get into town where there are some great restaurants but there are also shops and restaurants within easy walking distance.
Pablo and Stephanie are great hosts but also respect you privacy.
My Mum ,sister and myself have a girly holiday every year and this is definitely our favourite. It now feels like our second home and we would love go back

Fabulous House
That's is our second visit to Stephanie and Pablo's home so I think this speaks for itself.
The house is lovely with a great open plan layout. Everything you need for a relaxing holiday is provided.
The outside space is well laid out to enjoy the sunshine but also lovely covered seat if you want some shade.
The pool is great for enjoying a swim or for just sitting in the spa end to cool off.
The villa is in a quiet area but you can walk to Town in about 20 minutes. Taxis are cheap and the bus stop to town is just across the road. There is a Spar supermarket not far from the house and a few restaurants a short walk away if you don't want to go into town.
Stephanie and Pablo are perfect hosts are there if you need them but not intrusive.
I would definitely recommend this house and hope to go back soon.

Beautiful villa, perfect rental
We rented this beautiful villa for one week and had a great stay. The photos are accurate - the villa really does look as well as shown and other reviews are true.
It is very well maintained, spotlessly clean and very well equipped. Pablo and Stephanie couldn't have been more helpful and it was reassuring to have such attentive and caring hosts, only a phone call away if required.
Having rented many villas over many years, this would have been one of our highlights. We would highly recommend staying here and would absolutely stay here again - many thanks Pablo and Stephanie!

Perfect retreat.
This house was perfect both inside and out. The inside living accommodation is well laid out and spacious. Each bedroom was large with great storage and well decorated. The kitchen facilities are excellent for anyone wishing to cook. The house was spotless and has a lovely relaxed feel. The outside space was luxurious with great beds, bar area, lounging area as well as a dining table and chairs. The villa is about 20 minutes walk from Melonares, if you don't want to walk taxis are easily hailed from the street, it was under 4 euros to the hub, shops resturants and beach.
The owners Pablo and Stephanie were very welcoming, gave us contact details and offered assistance if we needed. The attention to detail in the house shows great consideration to their guests. We would definitely love to go back to this house.

Nice quiet villa with excellent pool area
Villa is located in residential district, away from touristic area. There are still couple of good restaurants and a supermarket nearby. It's still better to have a car as beaches are 2-4km away. Parking is on the street and always available.
The Villa is same as on the pictures - nice and spacious. The pool area is just great (and the pool is 25 degrees as promised). Good value for money.
If one needed to point out some cons I'd say the ground floor bedroom should have forced ventilation rather than window-based and lighting in main room should be better. Also, as we arrived after long flight in the evening, we'd would have liked to have a landing kit - water, yogurth etc to survive the first night.
But these are minor problems - all in all it's a really nice villa with excellent pool.We had a nice stay.

Lovely, spacious house with large, elegant pool
The photos of this house on the website are very accurate - it is very spacious, beautifully furnished, and well-laid out, and the outdoor sitting/entertaining area is excellent. The pool is very spacious, especially compared to pools in comparable places we've seen. We stayed there in early January, so it was not very hot (low 70s Fahrenheit, no rain), and therefore we didn't spend too much time in the pool itself, although we very much enjoyed sitting outside by it. The bedrooms and closets are very large and the bathrooms very modern. There is no view to speak of from the house itself, which was the only drawback for us. When you sit outside, you see the pool and a wall beyond, which shields you from the street, so it’s relatively quiet. There is also no window in the master bedroom, although there is a small skylight, so that’s helpful. The master bedroom is enormous, with a king bed (or two twins put together) and a very large walk-in closet. The upstairs bedroom is ample, with a big closet and large windows. The owners, Pablo and Stephanie, were very helpful and responsive. Pablo gave us some wonderful restaurant and sightseeing suggestions. You cannot walk to the beach from the house, and you really need a car to go anywhere, but that was not at all a problem for us. There is ample parking right outside the house, and the roads are very well maintained. We made a number of trips inland, where there are great views, and found the beach at Playa de Amadores (suggested by Pablo) to be the best beach option. The neighborhood is a residential-type neighborhood, with many small homes and apartment buildings, small hotels and a few local restaurants. Nearby (by car) is an enormous modern mall and very large supermarket, with easy parking, so very convenient. We enjoyed Puerto de Mogan and Palmito Park (which is pricey, but also very well maintained).
