Property was affordable and meets the basic needs for stay. Bed, blanket, pillow, fridge, and private bathroom were provided. It’s my 4th time visiting Korea, so I did not mind the old facility. The staff was kind and checked up on me. You are close to the convenience stores and bus station.
Property is quite old and could be improved. For first impressions, I was not a big fan of seeing the cockroach traps inside the room. Glad I did not encounter any during my stay. Toilet seat is loose, bed mattress is very old and springy. Fridge has rust on the edges of the door. Wished the facility could be renovated. But it’s worth the money if you need a last minute place to stay. If it’s your 1st or 2nd time visiting Korea, I do not recommend this place for solo travelers.

Is location near the subway, and night bus locations is amazing. Staff you rarely see but they are friendly. And just so affordable.
Quite a bit of paint would do the place good. I assume everything is washed, but red and yellow stains on the sheets were still there. Mould on the wall (although it looked dead).
