The owners are very friendly, they like to talk and provide advices (always available). The room - we were 5 was very spacious. Breakfast was good. You are in a family environment- you can use the family’s living room. The view is very beautiful
The house is needing repairs. This was after a storm: ceiling of bathroom leaking and door off bathroom was very damaged by humidity (a part ungluing, one could get hurt). Feels remote

Very nice view from the room and from the terrace, nice breakfast, very welcoming host. The room and the bathroom were cleaner than many others we stayed in Sri Lanka.
The location is very nice for the view and as a starting point for a hiking spot and you can get to the city center by foot in 25 -30 minutes. Be aware that it takes time to get a tuk tuk from the house and many drivers try to ask for higher fares - it may be a bit more challenging than in other places in Sri Lanka, but the host and ber daughter are very helpful in this regard - not a negative point, just something other travellers may be aware of.

The property is up on the mountain away from town. Quiet and gorgeous views from the rooms. The hosts were amazing and welcomed us with a smile. The rooms are spacious and very clean. Just so you know you will be sharing the house with the host-which didn’t bother us. In the morning they cut a jack fruit my son climbed to get. They welcomed my kids with such kindness. In the morning before we left we were able to have coffee and talk. Wonderful host and beautiful house. Thank you for a wonderful stay.
