Absolutely everything. Lovely and helpful stuff, delicious (and huge) Sri Lankan breakfast, amazing, safe and reachable by foot area. The house itself has amazing, very Sri Lankan, Buddhist vibe, nearby restaurants and small supermarket. It’s near the lake so it’s perfect for evening walks. They also have a lovely cat living outside. Also they organize Ayurweda, Hiking trips, cooking classes, transport etc.
The only thing worth to mention is that I read some reviews that there can be loud because of nearby Lounge restaurant. I went there anyway and for me it was not a problem at all, I could easily sleep and the noise wasn’t loud, however if you’re extremely sensitive and can’t get sleep when hearing some little noice then take earplugs with you.

It was a perfect location away from the chaos of Kandy traffic. The walk around the lake into town was beautiful. Kush and her staff were very friendly and happy to help in anyway..

I decided to cancel my stay here because 1) there was a dog charging at me at the gate, ready to jump on me, 2) the property was dark and did not have an attendee- I waited for 10 minutes outside until somebody come out to welcome me, 3) upon cancelation, the owner promised to quickly approve my request - but then ignored me and I had to be on the phone back and forth with booking.com customer service. They unresponsive over all - I tried to ask some questions prior to my arrival but I was ignored
