Brilliant location, lovely environment and beautiful amenities. Definitely worth the stay and staff were friendly and always responsive. Highly recommended if ever in Paris.

We stayed in a Triple Superior Room, and it was excellent. Having three proper, comfortable beds and a spacious bathroom made a huge difference for our group. The views from balcony and wide windows were a fantastic bonus. Food in the dinner was superb!!
The only minor area for improvement would be the breakfast buffet. While the service was lovely, we found the options a bit limited for guests who do not eat eggs or meat. Adding a few more substantial plant-based, vegetarian, or vegan options would make the breakfast experience truly perfect for everyone. The Wi-Fi was bit slow too.

Location and quality of the property. Next to a metro stop.
Hours of the restaurant, room service, and bar seemed to be a vague moving obstacle. Neither answered the phone so it took a trip to the lobby to see what was available. Even then we were passed around a bit before we got a definite answer.
