We really enjoyed our stay here. The hotel is new and modern, and our family room was surprisingly spacious compared with many family rooms in Paris. Although the hotel is quite far from the main attractions, we specifically chose it because it is very close to Metro Line 14. We visited during a very hot heatwave, so having easy access to the newer, air-conditioned metro line was a big advantage.
The room was cleaned every day and the bottled water was also replenished daily, which we appreciated. Breakfast was another highlight, with plenty of variety and everything we tried tasted good.
The only downside was an issue with overcharging at check-out. We had requested breakfast for only one day, but breakfast had been charged for every day of our stay. Because of this, I could not simply drop off the keys and had to spend some time at reception clarifying the bill.
It took a while because the staff needed to confirm the breakfast records with the restaurant team, but once they received confirmation, they corrected the charge immediately. The process was longer than expected, although the staff remained professional and calm throughout.
