The rooms and premises were clean and staff were friendly and stayed out of the way but within reach.
Breakfast is not served on the premises and I wasn't informed of that upon arrival. Instead, breakfast is provided by IT Corner up the road from the guesthouse (walking distance). Breakfast at IT Corner was good but their service was terrible. The cafe was empty but I waited for almost an hour for my coffee and breakfast.

Location was fine, right where i needed to be. beautiful garden.
i had no breakfast as it was not communicated to me how it works, getting in and out with the vehicle was always a challenge if you lucky to find the remote/or staff. Shower/Bath cold water runs for a long time before it gets warm, WIFI was on/off (very intermittent) and the room was not cleaned the next day while i was out so i had to request new coffee and sugar that evening.
