Enjoyed our one night stay, good location right on the beach with private pool and garden. Kind, attentive staff and excellent freshly made Sri Lankan food. Would stay here again.
Room was a little basic, but clean with everything we needed.

The cottage was chosen by our family and we joined them for one night. For the price point of a night the cottage offer fair value. The staff is very friendly and helpful. At the pool are relaxing sunchairs.
You should consider that the location is a 25 minutes tuk tuk drive to the centre of Negombo. If you want to be near restaurants, shopping and some nice atmosphere, that you find more near Negombo. Also take in consideration that you can not swim in the sea here. I gave the experience 8 points because it was fair value. Poolwater was a bit cloudy when we were there and maybe a point of attention. Our view from the room was more on the laundry then on the sea but maybe other rooms offer better seaviews.

The people at reception were very nice and welcoming (Lucky was great), helped to organise our stay and activities
The choices at Breakfast were limited.
