The hosts are incredibly lovely and helpful. Room was incredibly clean and comfortable. Amenities are simple but I wasn’t in need of anything further. Location is perfect. Right in the town centre and very close to shops, restaurants and the beach.
There was no aircon in my room. This was not an issue as the weather wasn’t too hot, but something to consider when booking :)

The host was very friendly and was of very good help when our luggage was lost. The appartment was good and the location of the appartment was nice too. We chose to have breakfast 2 or 3 times and it was very nice an a lot.

Very professional hosts, keen to help. The property is very well located, in the centre of Santa Margarita. Lovely building with high ceilings, and lovely views. Very very clean, everything done properly. Fantastic value for money
The only issue is that there is no air condition, which the management very properly disclose and also bring to your attention ahead of your stay. The heatwave in Liguria is very difficult

Good value and the owners were very kind. The room was in a safe area
The shower would not drain and I had to ask multiple times for it to be fixed. They claimed it was because the shower floor was tilted - that should not result in water up to my ankles. I am also certain that they discarded some materials I had for work. I was carrying a poster in a large tube, and could not find it when I went to check out. I am very confident I had it with me and I know exactly where I stored it in the room. I am pretty sure they took it out with the trash but they denied ever seeing it, citing their "photographic memory". I now need to replace that expensive work.
