Bonne localisation et chambre confortable.
La propreté de la douche laissait à désirer. La logistique de récupération des clés (à trouver dans un boîtier à l’extérieur etc), n’est pas des plus pratiques.

Location was very good, walkable to everywhere also train station was near, the room was clean and nice and the bed was big. Bathroom was also very nice and there was A/C.
Thin walls with the room next door where was another apartment. And it would be nice to have some coffee capsules for the coffee machine in the room.

Instructions to access the property were outdated. Had to call management to get further instructions to recover the keys.

La posizione della struttura è molto comoda, ha un supermercato con prezzi onesti dietro l’angolo, ed il centro di Santa è letteralmente a due passi.
Vi è l’ascensore ma considerate che non vi è nessuno ad accogliervi ma vi mandano tutto per mess whatsapp.
Il quartiere e il vicinato molto tranquillo e silenzioso, a pochi minuti dalla stazione (in salita), ma vi è possibilità di prendere un bus in piazza Vittorio Veneto (stesso luogo per andare a Portofino).
Ho apprezzato i cioccolatini brandizzati.
Mi aspettavo che la struttura fosse più ampia invece è molto piccola rispetto alle foto, l’arredamento è molto semplice.
Condizionatore da parete molto rumoroso, difficile dormire con quello acceso.
Troppe regole appese al muro: lava i piatti, butta la spazzatura, riponi le chiavi dove le hai trovate, lascia pulito… sono le basi della civiltà ma probabilmente, voglio pensare che hanno avuto brutte esperienze. Trovare pulito è un piacere, lasciare pulito è un dovere, mi sarebbe piaciuto infatti che le pulizie fossero state eseguite più profondamente: capelli dentro i due cassettoni del bagno, box doccia sporco e di cui un aggancio rotto col pericolo che ti cascasse il box doccia in vetro addosso.
Ho pagato quasi 400€ con sconti Booking per trovare solamente un rotolo di carta igienica per un soggiorno di 3 giorni per 2 persone (poi mi son presentata da sola, ma è un altro discorso, non dovrei rendere conto di quante volte vado in bagno in vacanza) e mi son ritrovata a comprare della carta al supermercato.
Da una struttura mi aspetto almeno l’abbondanza nelle cose di prima necessità. 😄
