J’ai particulièrement apprécié l’emplacement de l’établissement, à proximité du centre, ce qui permet de tout faire facilement à pied. Le gros avantage est également la place de parking privée : je n’ai pas eu besoin de toucher à mon véhicule pendant tout mon séjour.
L’établissement était très propre, tout semblait neuf et parfaitement entretenu. Aucun problème avec l’eau ou la douche, ce qui est vraiment appréciable. Le lit était également très confortable.
Le principal point négatif est malheureusement le quartier, qui est extrêmement bruyant, surtout le soir et durant la nuit. Nous entendions des personnes parler et crier jusqu’à 4 heures du matin, ainsi que de nombreux passages de motos et beaucoup de va-et-vient.
Même avec les fenêtres fermées, le bruit restait très présent. J’ai même dû acheter des boules Quies pour essayer de dormir, mais malgré cela, j’entendais encore les motos.
Le vendredi soir et le samedi soir ont été particulièrement difficiles. Le dimanche soir était un peu plus calme, ce qui m’a permis de dormir quelques heures, mais dans l’ensemble, j’ai très mal dormi à cause du bruit.
C’est vraiment dommage, car l’établissement en lui-même était excellent, mais le bruit du quartier a fortement perturbé mon séjour.

Alloggio molto pulito, tutto nuovo. Dotato di climatizzatore. L'appartamento è al secondo piano ma è presente un comodo ascensore. Host molto simpatico e disponibile a fornire tutte le indicazioni sui luoghi da visitare, le spiagge migliori, i ristoranti più belli. Disponibile anche un parcheggio privato (a pagamento come supplemento) molto comodo, vista la poca disponibilità di parcheggi nella zona.
L'unica cosa da migliorare sono gli accessori della cucina, in quanto mancava lo scolapasta ed era presente solo una padella. Ma sono dettagli. Tutto il resto è prefetto. È presente anche un microonde.
