The team was extremely welcoming, and also helped us arranging a tour to the Erawan waterfalls. We were the only guests in the hotel, which made the experience even better. The swimming pool was fun, overall a very quiet place.
There are some nice restaurants closeby, check them out - in particular the H2 Rivercafe. We also did a grab food delivery, which the hotel accomodated. Breakfast was nice, no excess but everything we needed.
nothing - there are some other comments on the firmness of the beds, which to some degree are valid, but it's not that dramatic

La gentillesse du personnel, très accessible et prêt à tout pour aider. Le cadre de l’hôtel, apaisant et typique. La piscine, agréable pour les enfants. Les initiatives écologiques, comme la mise à disposition de vélos pour aller en ville. Le petit déjeuner était complet sans être fourni comme dans un énorme hôtel. Des produits frais, pour satisfaire les différents goûts.
Un réglage de douche perfectible, et pas d’eau mis à disposition (sauf erreur). Le domaine peut être mieux entretenu, mais ce n’est pas un reproche et c’est largement compréhensible vu la quantité de choses à faire et le personnel de l’hôtel. La barrière de la langue peut freiner la compréhension et accentuer les ressentis, mais Google Traduction est d’une grande aide !

Meget dårlig morgenmad,specielt kaffen var under alt kritik.
Generelt trænger hotellet til en kraftig opdatering.
Pool området mangler liggestole og selve poolen var ikke klargjort til badning.
De fire stjerner er langt over niveau.
Vi rejste 2 dage før selvom vi havde betalt for 7 dage.
