overall good 3 star hotel standard. Property is distributed and got clean standard room.
location is in the middle of town still it's quiet and peaceful stay.
Staff is nice and good room with basically no view.
Stayed here for 4 nights with 2 rooms and requested to upgrade with extra cost but front desk denied stating they are fully booked; noticed lot of empty rooms across the property.
Room itself is small and functional with mostly basic for the standard room.
Note -No TV, Safe from 18th century (not sure if it's truly safe!), no ironing board, no closet (mainly it's open slots to put your stuff), no amenities in the bathroom.
Breakfast -- it was very predicable that you can say what will be where with blind fold!! it's that predictable and small in offerings.
bathrooms - not sure how it's designed but one person takes shower and steam all over the walls and floor. it's impossible for other person to use this bathroom. this is something very basic and hotel should take that into consideration.
Frontdesk - mostly okay. i was staying there for 4 nights and 5 days - ask if eligible for complimentary laundry and was told no. room upgrade with additional fee - and answer was we are fully booked. where there are plenty of open rooms!
i feel front desk can do better job representing their hotel and bringing the standard and same with cleaning crew.

This place exceeded our expectations. It is the nicest place to relax and holiday.

Restaurant is so close to our room and the menu was so good that in our 9 nights we ate dinner 8 nights at the restaurant.
The staff are outstanding and everyone you talk to are just so nice and happy in general.
Free laundry and a coffee and tea station that has so many options and if available 24/7.
This place really has it all and we really didn't want to leave. The room itself is modern and big enough for a long stay. Bathroom was beautiful and the shower wall is all glass looking out to your own little garden.

The view, staff, cleanliness, accessibility to town, the bed, size of rooms, comfortable without being over the top. In a nutshell, perfect.

The reception was great and beautiful. The restaurant has an amazing food (truly recommend to have dinner there some day) and it’s only 10min walk from Caracoles street. The bed was huge and super comfortable also.
The things that I didnt like is mainly related to the room. It was small, with no tv. It was not enough space in the bathroom with only a small sink without any room to support our day to day stuff. The shower stall was not fully closed and it made the bathroom wet and to use the hair blower you need to keep pressing the button the whole time which is annoying.
As it was an expensive stay, I was hoping these kind of details would not happen
