Tuvimos una estadía de dos días muy cómoda. El lugar es muy tranquilo y se encuentra muy cerca de calle Caracoles, solo debes caminar un par de cuadras. Una de ellas es un poco oscura pero el sector es tranquilo. Fueron muy amables cuando solicité la posibilidad de realizar el check in antes o bien si podían facilitarme internet para conectarme a una reunión de trabajo. Nos atendieron bien en el desayuno, la habitación era amplia, con TV y el baño y ducha cómodos. Lo mismo la cama. La habitación tenía estufa y aire acondicionado aunque no fue necesario utilizarlos. Muchas gracias!!! Nos encantó quedarnos con ustedes.
Nada no nos gusto. Como sugerencia, ofrecer fruta al desayuno se agradecería.

Todo muy limpio, muy buena ubicación, nos dejaron entrar antes de la hora del check in, eso nos ayudó bastante para poder dejar nuestros bolsos. El personal muy amable.
Deberían poner unas frutas en el desayuno.

Welcoming, friendly and helpful staff. Far away enough to avoid the crowds but near enough to the centre. Large, spacious rooms and a comfortable large bed!
Very limited amenities in room (e.g. no glasses to drink water or to use in the bathroom. Shower/bathroom layout very impractical, shower not secure against the wall, toilet seat loose, towels more like rags - totally inappropriate for a hotel. Breakfast choices very limited. Flies were a real problem in the room. Fridge in the room not working. Overall, not good value for money. More like a 2-star hotel.
